  3. Use of the App: The app is intended for managing operations in early childhood education centers. Any illegal or unauthorised use of the app is strictly prohibited.
  4. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information, forms part of these terms. By using the app, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
  5. Intellectual Property Rights: The app and its contents are the property of ECC Signin App and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the app or its content is prohibited.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties: The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will function uninterrupted or be error-free.
  7. Limitation of Liability: We, including our affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the app.
